| 1. Timmy Visits The Dentist |
2. Timmy is three years old. Mummy has been helping
him clean his teeth since he was a baby.
Now Timmy is a big boy and he needs a tooth doctor, a
dentist, to look after his teeth. |
3. Mummy tells Timmy about Dr Friendly, the dentist,
" You're going to have lots of fun in his office,
" she says. The next morning, Mummy takes Timmy to
meet Dr Friendly.
Dr Friend is happy ti meet Timmy. |

4. He takes Timmy and his mummy into his office.
Then, he shows Timmy the magic chair. "It's something
like a space ship," he says. "It can go up and
down. Even rock and roll."
Timmy climbs up the magic chair and has lots of fun rides
on it. |
5. Next, Dr Friendly shows Timmy the baby mirror
that he uses to look at the teeth to see if they are clean.
Then, he shows Timmy the baby fork
and the baby spoon that he uses to count the teeth
Dr Friendly also has a special air and water gun which
he uses to give the teeth a nice clean shower. |
6. There is also a magic tooth brush which Dr
Friendly uses to clean Timmy's teeth just like mummy does.
He puts on a special, strawberry toothpaste that smells
and tastes yummy.
When he has cleaned Timmy's tetth, he will paint on a
superman syrup called Flouride.
The supoerman syrup will make the teeth strong and healthy.
It will stop Mr Bug and his family from making holes,
or cavities, in the teeth. |

7. Dr Friendly then tells Timmy why he must brush
his teeth every night before he goes to bed.
"Timmy, do you eat lots of goodies lie bread, biscuits,
sweets, chocolates, lollipops and even ice cream?"
asks Dr Friendly. "Yes", says Timmy shyly. |
8. "Do you know what happens when you
go to sleep?" asks Dr Friendly.
"Well, the bug family comes out and when they see
all the goodies stucked on your teeth, they will say,
"Goody! We're going to have a party on Timmy's
teeth tonight!"
"Now Mr Bug and his family are very hungry...and
naughty! After they have eaten all the goodies on your
teeth, they will start eating the teeth and make holes
in them," says Dr Friendly. |
9. "But, do you know we can be smarter
than the bugs and stop them from having a party on your
teeth - just by brushing your teeth properly every night
before you go to bed?" say Dr Friendly
"When you brush your teeth, you take away the
sticky, yukky goodies stucked on your teeth. Your teeth
will be sparkling clean and the bug family will have
nothing to party on." |

10. Timmy now understands. He has learnt alost
about keeping his teeth clean.
"Thank you Dr friendly," he says.
"Goodbye Timmy. I'll see you in six months' time,"
says Dr Friendly |
11. That same night, Timmy tells mummy, "I'm
a big boy now, I can brush my teeth all by myself."
Mummy smiles and says," Dr Friendly will be so
proud of you." |

Children brush their
teeth more willingly when it's a REACH toothbrush.
Recent tests in the USA showed that children preferred
using REACH by margin of 9 to 1. They brush their teeth
more willingly.
Why? Because REACH Child and Youth toothbrushes are
not just scaled down adult toothbrushes.
They are specially designed for your children. They
have compact heads to fit comfortably into small mouths
and soft round-ended bristles to protect tender teeth
and gums. The unique angled neck reaches hard-to-clean
back teeth and the easy-grip handle is just right for
small hands.
Toothbrushing has never been so easy...or so effective.
As any child will tell you! |
